MISS FRANCE – This is a first in the history of the Miss France pageant. A young 22-year-old mother, Inès Chicot Roussel, was elected Miss Alpes du Sud on Saturday, March 18 in Digne-les-Bains (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), reports Provence.
